- You may also contact Online Support for the latest receiving account or QR code, then transfer according to the support instructions. Receiving accounts are arranged by the current channel; do not use old accounts or repeat transfers.
- For USDT recharge, contact Online Support first to confirm the latest address, network and arrival notes before transferring, avoiding expired addresses, wrong network selection or delayed amount verification.
